We have been established for 10 years with a strong values-based culture, we are seeking a Head Driver Barista to join our Sydney team.

🎯Key Responsibilities:

• Drive to various locations to deliver and set up coffee carts, and making delicious specialty coffee for clients.
• Overseeing deliveries across our In-House Barista Sites and events teams.
• Oversee staffing requirements and development of employees.
• Maintaining high-end coffee equipment and company vehicles in perfect operational order.
• Ensure presentation standards are met and exceeded in all events.
• Communicate with clients on the ground and coordinate with management team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a tidy and clean warehouse, and ensuring stock levels are sufficient for event operations.
  

📅 Work Schedule:

This role involves varied hours, including some weekends, tailored around event needs. Schedule is a mix of event based work, behind the scenes at the warehouse, and team training.

📜Requirements:

• Current clean driver's license (no suspensions, disqualifications, or alcohol or drug-related driving offences) (automatic is sufficient)
• The ability to carry out moderately physical work involving frequently lifting up to 40kg throughout the day
• Be comfortable with early starts to the day
• Comfortable making coffee to a high standard (refresher training can be arranged)
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• A bright, outgoing and confident personality
• A high standard of cleanliness and tidiness in all that you do
• Familiarity with technology for efficient scheduling.

Start each day from our base in 52 Pyrmont Bridge Road, Annandale NSW 2038

Note: Barista or coffee experience is important and required for this role.
