Business Development Manager /Account Manager - Labels & Flexible Packaging

Our client is one of Australia's leading suppliers in the field of custom-printed self-adhesive labels and flexibles.

Armed with the latest digital and conventional multi-colour label presses, they focus on a broad range of sectors and applications, including pharmaceutical & personal care products, food & beverage, boutique & craft beer and spirits.

They also rely on highly-customised label solutions as their equipment enables them to apply a wide range of value-adding, embellishing and other ''special effects'' - which cements an even deeper connectivity with their clients.

With strong growth in the Sydney label market, they are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Account Manager to join their sales team.

This role will manage an established client base as well as create new opportunities for sales.

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales profile within the labels or flexibles fields. They will have an ability to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients as well as pursue new business opportunities.

Key to this role is an understanding of their clients needs and a capacity to provide tailored ''value-adding solutions'' to meet their requirements, rather than competing on price alone.

For this, you'll be rewarded by a package that is second-to-none in the industry, customised to suit your needs. The package (which is entirely negotiable for the right person) is expected to exceed $110K.
