SCHEDULING MANAGER - LEADERSHIP ROLE

As our Scheduling Manager, you will take full control of our scheduling department, ensuring jobs run smoothly, technicians are coordinated efficiently, and customer service remains at the highest standard. You’ll lead the scheduling team, introduce smarter processes, and drive real results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO >
Scheduling + Job Coordination
- manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for our high-end commercial clients
- ensure jobs are scheduled, assigned + tracked
- use AI-driven tools to optimise scheduling and minimize inefficiencies
Lead the Scheduling Team + Streamline Operations
- hire, train, and manage an administrative assistant to support scheduling
- set clear processes and workflows to ensure fast job turnaround
- work closely with technicians and management to keep operations running smoothly
Process Improvement + AI Integration
- identify ways to speed up scheduling + invoicing while maintaining quality
- implement smart automation to reduce paperwork + improve tracking
- ensure completed jobs are closed off daily, keeping invoicing smooth + on time
Customer Service with a Personal Touch
- ensure every client feels valued, reinforcing old-school reliability with modern efficiency
- keep customers updated proactively—not just automated responses
- be the key point of contact for scheduling inquiries
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR >
✔ proven experience managing a scheduling team
✔ trade/construction/plumbing industry background (preferred)
✔ strong Leadership + people skills – can build + run a team
✔ scheduling software proficiency
✔ organised, fast-paced + solutions-focused
✔ first In, last out work ethic – lead by example
