Experienced Scheduler – Carpentry

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Experienced Scheduler to oversee and manage the scheduling of our timber flooring and staircase installation projects. About the Role:

As an Experienced Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate schedules for our installation projects. You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager, Virtual Assistant, clients, and subcontractors to ensure that all projects run smoothly on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain construction schedules for all projects.

Coordinate with the Operations Manager, Installers, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of tasks.

Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.

Communicate with clients to provide schedule updates and manage expectations.

Identify potential scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.

Ensure all materials and resources are allocated appropriately to meet project timelines.

Work with the team to streamline scheduling processes and improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience in construction scheduling (timber flooring and staircase projects are a plus).

Proficiency with scheduling software and project management tools.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust schedules as needed.

Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
