We are seeking a skilled and detail orientated cabinetmaker scheduler to join our team.

As a scheduler you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling custom cabinets and trades to ensure a timely delivery.

You will work closely with our production team, designers and clients to ensure efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production schedules for custom cabinetry projects based on client orders, project specification and deadlines

Coordinate with the factory, site manager, designers and other suppliers to allocate resources, assign tasks and monitor progress

Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations and company policies.

Communicate with clients regarding project timelines, updates and any changes to the schedule

Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and resourse constraints to minimise delays and maximize efficiency

Utilise scheduling software and tools to track progress

Provide regular reports to management on schedules, workflow efficiency and project status.

Identify opportunities to process improvement and optimization in scheduling.

Requirements

Proven experience as a scheduler or production planner in the cabinet making industry or similar.

Strong understanding of production and installation processes

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
