BestWest Building is a proudly WA-owned and established Independent Building Inspection and Pest Control company, providing premium services throughout Perth, Mandurah, and the Southwest.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Scheduler to join our dynamic team on a full-time, permanent contract.

About the Role

As a Scheduling Coordinator at BestWest Building, your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and managing new bookings as they are received.
• Allocating and scheduling jobs for our team of building inspectors and pest managers efficiently.
• Liaising with clients, builders, real estate agents, tenants, and homeowners to coordinate schedules.
• Assisting with Timber Pest Inspection reports when required.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to uphold our reputation for professionalism and reliability.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure inspections meet clients’ deadlines.

About You

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A proactive attitude and a passion for finding solutions.
• Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role.
• Strong communication skills, especially in telephone interactions.

Role Details

• Location: Osborne Park office.
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
