The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to lead their bustling, high-performing restaurant, driving team development, sales growth, and exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead from the front, coaching your team to deliver consistently outstanding service while implementing strategic initiatives to boost revenue and guest engagement.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Inspire & Develop Your Team - Lead by example, mentor future leaders, and build a culture of success.
• Deliver WOW-Worthy Customer Experiences - Ensure guests leave raving about the service, quality, and atmosphere.
• Drive Sales & Business Growth - Execute local marketing strategies, implement sales initiatives, and find innovative ways to increase revenue.
• Operational Excellence - Manage labour, stock, and financial performance to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• All-Inclusive Leadership - No front vs. back of house-this is an all-hands-on-deck environment where teamwork is everything.

About You:

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality venue, including QRS, fast-food or casual
• A natural motivator with the ability to build and sustain a high-performance culture.
• Proven experience in managing high-volume venues ($100k+ weekly revenue).
• Passionate about coaching and developing teams, with a focus on internal growth.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, KPIs, and financial performance management.
• Someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.
