Incorporating Cloudland, Empire, Press Club and Valley Hops Rooftop & Brewery we're seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Venue Manager to lead our team!

Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant Venue Manager is accountable for driving and delivering excellence within the venue whilst ensuring optimum customer and employee experience at all times.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Operational responsibility for the venue during trade specifically nights and weekends

Promote and maintain the venues commitment to exceptional customer service standards

Coordination of staff and front of house departments during trade

Employee management inclusive of hiring and rostering

Ensuring venue is trading in compliance with company policies/procedures

Maintaining compliance with QLD government legislations

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes;

Current RMLV and OLGR approved managers license

Minimum 5 years experience managing large, multifaceted venues

Extensive management and leadership skills

Unrivalled leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

High level analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
