About the Role

You’ll be one of the friendly, confident voices of Plumbdog—answering calls, booking jobs, and backing up our plumbing team (especially our newer pups) with the support they need to shine.

As our service area expands from Alkimos to Mandurah 7 days a week, we’re stretching our paws a little further. That’s why we’re introducing split shifts and rotating weekend coverage (think 1 in every 4 weekends) to better support our plumbers and customers. Don’t worry—you’ll get weekday rest days in return, and we’re flexible in tailoring the schedule around the right person.

You'll take ownership of your shift, with a keen eye for handovers at the start and end of each day. All customer notes and communications should be detailed and clear—so every team member and plumber can pick up where you left off, without chasing tails.

Bonus bones if you’ve got marketing or bookkeeping experience—we’d love your help with payment reconciliation and sharing those awesome field photos and videos to our social media (trust us, our techs are naturals).

What You’ll Be Doing

Schedule jobs efficiently and support our tradespeople from start to finish

Be the calm, kind voice on the phone that customers remember

Take charge of your shift, leave crystal-clear notes, and hand over like a pro

Reconcile payments, help with invoicing, and update job progress

Review and share field content for marketing and social media

Bring energy, clarity, and structure to a fast-moving day

What You’ll Bring to the Kennel

Experience in scheduling/admin (ideally in trades or service-based roles)

Top-notch communication skills and a love for great customer service

Confidence using software like ServiceM8, Ascora, SimPRO, or Aroflo

A sharp eye for detail and a brain that thinks one step ahead

Bonus points for marketing or bookkeeping experience

A good nose for Perth’s suburbs

Police Clearance (or happy to get one)
