About the Role

This unique dual role is ideal for a confident communicator and self-starter who can juggle scheduling duties while keeping our warehouse and stock in top shape. You’ll be an essential part of the operations team, liaising with clients, trades, and staff, and ensuring every job is ready to go.

Key Responsibilty

As a Scheduler / Warehouse Manager, you will handle inbound calls and scheduling requests, including go-aheads, service calls, warranties, and reschedules. Using CRM software, you'll coordinate installation dates, confirm stock availability, and liaise with clients, consultants, and trades to ensure smooth job execution. In the warehouse, you'll manage stock intake, maintain organization, pick and prepare daily job materials, and process orders. Additional duties include creating purchase orders, handling stock transfers to our Bunbury warehouse, painting flashings, and ensuring a clean, efficient workspace.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in scheduling, logistics, warehousing, or similar operations

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Experience using job management software

Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment

Hands-on problem-solver who works well with tradespeople and clients

Reliable, respectful, and a positive team player.
