EcoBlue is a manufacturer and supplier of AdBlue®, a 32.5% solution of urea in deionised water which is required by many diesel vehicles. It is essential for the correct operation of an advanced pollution control technology installed in the exhaust system called Selective Catalytic Reduction or SCR. Unlike diesel, AdBlue® is a clear, non-toxic liquid that is safe to handle and does not damage the environment.

Due to our current growth, we are currently seeking to engage a Transport Scheduler to provide a smooth, efficient and timely transition from the order to the delivery of AdBlue® to our Customers Australia-wide. This is a newly created NSW role in addition to our current Australian team.

Duties will include:

  • Schedule and dispatch vehicles to job sites in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and prioritise jobs based on customer usage.
  • Monitor and manage schedules to ensure the maximum utilisation of resources.
  • Ensure accurate data keeping for all drivers and relevant platforms.
  • Liaise with clients and Drivers to ensure that all orders are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Continuously improve scheduling processes to optimise the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding scheduling, job status, and other related matters.
  • Working with Operations Manager to maintain team culture and morale.

Role requirements:

  • 5+ years within scheduling role
  • Experience within an administrative/ scheduling role, preferably within a maintenance, logistics or service role.
  • Background in Customer Service, Operations, Transportation or Logistics
  • Experience using MS Excel - Google Spreadsheets
  • Exposure to MT DATA
  • National geographic and local environment/local condition knowledge - Advantageous
  • Knowledge of national transport regulations.
  • An understanding of truck load & dimension management.
  • Management of driver hours and basic fatigue management principles.
  • Truck License (HR Minimum) - Advantageous
