As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented Flooring Scheduler to join our team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that flooring installations run smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling Installations: Coordinate and schedule flooring installation appointments for both residential and commercial projects, ensuring proper allocation of resources.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, project managers, and installation teams to confirm schedules, project details, and any changes or updates.
• Managing Workloads: Effectively balance the installation team’s workload, optimizing their time and ensuring they have the necessary materials and resources to complete jobs on schedule.
• Customer Service: Address client queries regarding project timelines, delays, or other concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Tracking and Reporting: Maintain and update a detailed installation calendar, track project progress, and keep all parties informed about job statuses.
• Problem-Solving: Handle any scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes with efficiency, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in scheduling, logistics, or project coordination (preferably in the flooring, construction, or home improvement industry).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues with professionalism.

The role is fulltime with above award wages.
