About you:
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Performs well under pressure
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Computer literacy
- Patient
- Industry knowledge and experience beneficial not essential
- Strong safety focus
- Drivers license and white card essential
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review and coordinate incoming bookings
- Data entry of incoming bookings and general admin
- Liase with clients and staff
- Assign assets to jobs
- Assign personnel to each job
- Deliver positive and supportive feedback and assistance to staff
- Program assets
