About the role

We are seeking a Cafe Operations Co-Ordinator to join our team at Araluen Botanic Park. This casual role is based in our Roundhouse Cafe located in Roleystone, WA. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafe to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the cafe team to ensure efficient and seamless service
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management
• Prepare and upkeep banking and daily cash floats
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Liaise with the management team to identify and implement improvements
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a similar cafe or hospitality management role
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in inventory management and cost control
• Food safety and hygiene certification
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
