Domestic Site Co-ordinator– Private Residence (West Pennant Hills, NSW)
Job Type: Part-Time (3 days per week, 4 hours approx per day) – Flexible days
Location: West Pennant Hills area, NSW (North West Sydney Area)
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, thorough, and discreet House Site co-ordinator to help maintain a well-organised and maintained tidy home in West Pennant Hills. This is not a predominantly cleaning role, but there are some light cleaning duties that may be needed. The specific days are flexible and can be arranged to suit your schedule. Privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance – our ideal candidate is professional, respects personal boundaries, and maintains discretion at all times. If you take pride in keeping a home running smoothly and organised, love animals, cooking and appreciate flexibility in your work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This might be an ideal opportunity for someone in semi-retirement
Key Responsibilities
Cooking of reheatable weeknight meals in advance for busy working family (basic weeknight family style meals, ingredients provided)
Pet care- two dogs (one large and one small) and two cats, tidying up, feeding, litter, water bowls, washing pet bedding
House plants and basic garden care- watering, weeding, fertilising
Organisation of house - including wardrobes and home wares (switching between winter and summer, seasonal decorating, keeping kids wardrobes in order)
Laundry, washing, some ironing, and changing bed sheets (weekly) and towels (twice weekly), and light hand sewing repairs (missing buttons, etc)
Light cleaning only, vacuuming, glass cleaning, dishwasher, fire place.
Linen closet, Pantry and fridge organisation, grocery ordering and receiving
Assisting with school lunches preparation
Basic household errands involving driving, e.g. including dry cleaning drop off/pick up, drop off clothes donations, grocery shopping, dropping off recycling, etc
Organising and managing household repairs, including maitenance items - sourcing and managing trades to complete work required
Any other general housekeeping duties
Ideal Candidate (Requirements)
Minimum 5 years of experience in household co-ordination and organization
Trustworthy and reliable, with great attention to detail
Maintains discretion and professionalism at all times
Can work independently and efficiently
Takes pride in their work and maintains a high standard of cleanliness and order
