Join our client’s team as an Admin Dispatch Co-Ordinator in the Hazelmere DC. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the dispatch operations to ensure timely and smooth deliveries and efficient communication between various retailers and clients.
You will play a critical role in improving dispatch efficiency while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to dispatch activities. JD Edwards ERP system in use, among others.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Monitor inventory and supplies to facilitate dispatch processes.
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies in shipping and receiving.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You will be a proactive team player, adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a transport or warehouseing environment will be highly regarded.
