The opportunity

In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support and maintaining student data. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your effective communication skills as well as your organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and meet competing deadlines.

Joining a team of skilled professionals this role will see you

  • coordinate administrative processes including reporting, timetabling and maintaining student records
  • collaborate and communicate with others to ensure high professional standards are met
  • contribute to and promote the development, alignment, attainment and review of the strategic goals of the school.

About You

  • either hold a current Paid Blue Card for working with children issued by Blue Card Services or be eligible to obtain one prior to commencing in this role

As an Administration Officer with Toowoomba Catholic Schools, you will be joining a network of 32 schools who, with the Toowoomba Catholic Schools Office, form Toowoomba Catholic Schools. Through our shared purpose, enabling full and flourishing lives we support staff and students to reach their potential.

You will receive regular support from the Principal and leadership team who will help you to grow your skills and knowledge. You will also be a part of a network within your own school and beyond; and given the opportunity to attend targeted professional development hosted by the Toowoomba Catholic Schools Office.
