Role
Balwyn High School (BHS) is a leading Victorian Government school, with a strong focus on providing a diverse range of school events and cocurricular programs to engage and develop our students. We are looking for Casual Administration Officers to cover staff on planned and unplanned leave. Our Administration Officers are usually the first point of contact for our school's community members and are crucial to triaging queries and managing first impressions. Our Administration Officers provide essential support across the school, assisting in daily operations, administrative tasks, and support to students and staff. Our Administration Officers are members of the supportive and friendly Finance and Administration Team and work closely with the Business Manager and the broader school leadership team.
Information about Balwyn High School, its ethos, programs, the Strategic Plan 2021 - 2025, Vision, Values and Mission Statement can be obtained at our website: www.balwynhs.vic.edu.au
Although the current vacancy is casual, the size of our school means contract and ongoing opportunities become available regularly.
Applications will be reviewed as they are received.
