PART-TIME ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
About Us
Advance Housing Ltd (AHL) is the Great Southern’s only dedicated provider of affordable community housing with over 400 dwellings under management across the region. AHL provides housing for those people on very low, low, or moderate income, people with disability or mental health support needs, post-secondary students, youth, seniors, and people experiencing or at risk of experiencing domestic violence.
About the Role
As a part-time Administration Assistant at Advance Housing Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring positive experiences for our tenants and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include directing enquiries to the appropriate team members, supporting the corporate services team with general administration and data entry tasks.
About you
Ideal candidate:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in reception or administration roles
Key responsibilities:
1. Greeting visitors and directing enquiries
2. Answering incoming calls and emails
3. Providing administrative support to the corporate services team
4. Maintaining office supplies and equipment
5. Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
