F Miller & Co is seeking a dedicated and efficient Part-Time Administration Assistant to join our engineering company based in Rosewater. This is a permanent, part-time role, initially offering approximately 10 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours to cover leave periods of other administrative staff. Salary package will be determined based on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office support and administration
- Payroll processing
- Debtors invoicing
- Data entry and record management
- Providing relief during staff absences
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in payroll and invoicing
- Previous experience in general office administration
- Proficiency in data entry
- Experience with Tencia and/or Arrow software is highly advantageous
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Current valid driver's licence desirable
