Large Federal government organisation based in Sydney are looking for an ICT Desktop Service Delivery Lead with hands-on technical leadership role on complex projects.

Skills required:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an ICT Desktop Service Delivery Lead or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in a hands-on technical leadership role on complex projects – preferably desktop and infrastructure projects
• Solid expertise in triaging, problem solving and leadership of a geographically dispersed team.
• Ability to work independently, build productive relationships and liaise with stakeholders.
• Solid experience with desktop infrastructure, and a sound understanding of cyber security controls (ISM), OWASP.
