Davidson are partnering with our Melbourne Governemnt client, who are seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to support the delivery of complex ICT projects within agile frameworks and environments. Initial 12-month contract, Hybrid work, 2 days in-office.

The Role

As a Senior Delivery Lead, you will drive the successful execution of a large-scale ICT transformation program. You will oversee the delivery plan, ensuring strategic alignment, seamless execution, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute a structured program delivery plan
• Drive outcomes across multiple delivery streams, including Testing, Transition & Release
• Embed agile best practices, aligning teams for optimal performance
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring smooth delivery
• Provide executive-level reporting and represent the delivery stream in governance forums

About You

You are an experienced Senior Delivery Lead with a track record of managing large-scale ICT transformation programs. You thrive in complex, agile environments and excel at driving delivery outcomes across cross-functional teams.

To be successful, you will have:

• Extensive experience in large-scale ICT project/program delivery
• Proven expertise in Agile frameworks and delivery models
• Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills
• Experience managing Testing, Transition, Release, and Operational Management
• Ability to mitigate risks and drive strategic outcomes
