The team provides a range of enabling services and operations delivery and is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Delivery Coordinator to support uplift of the National Measurement Institute’s desktop infrastructure.

Key duties include:

1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an ICT Desktop Service Delivery Lead and/or demonstrated experience in a technical leadership role on complex projects. - 30%
2. Solid expertise in triaging, problem solving and leadership of a geographically dispersed team. - 20%
3. Ability to work independently, build productive relationships and liaise with stakeholders (including Lab Managers, Project Managers and technical teams). - 20%
4. Solid experience with desktop infrastructure, and a sound understanding of cyber security controls (ISM), OWASP and Essential 8 controls within federal government departments. - 20%
5. Strong communications skills and ability to convert business requirement into detailed design solution using concise language, diagrams and accurate technical details. - 10%
