This role will be pivotal in managing delivery streams, overseeing execution activities, and ensuring the successful implementation of key technology solutions.

About the Role

As a key member of the program leadership team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing a structured program delivery plan. Your expertise in Agile delivery frameworks will be instrumental in aligning teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring timely execution of strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed program plans with clear milestones, timelines, and resourcing provisions.
• Oversee multiple delivery streams, including Testing, Transition, Release, and Environments, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
• Drive Agile project delivery models, embedding best practices and fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across teams.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Test Leads, and Strategic Partners to achieve program objectives.
• Provide regular progress updates and reporting to senior governance forums.
• Lead and support high-performing teams while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

Key Selection Criteria

Technical Expertise

• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead in large-scale ICT transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and project execution models.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party delivery partners.
• Demonstrated ability to lead Testing, Transition, Release, and Operational Management teams.

Desirable Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Certification in Agile project management (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
