THE OPPORTUNITY

Ledlin’s Development & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the Marketing, Sales & Leasing success of the business, monitoring and managing all aspects of project marketing to support the Development Manager in upholding the financial viability of each project.

You will be focused on monitoring and managing all sales and leasing agents, coordination, and support for internal sales & leasing activities, liaising with project marketing consultants, preparing & managing marketing budgets, coordinating marketing events, collating financial information and advising the wider development team on appropriate project targets, accomplishments and deviations.

Our ideal candidate is exceptionally detail oriented, operates well in a fast-paced environment and is a team player. Being a young and rapidly growing organisation, a passion for property development & construction is highly regarded for this role.

THE DETAILS

■ Conduct market analysis to provide comparable sales & leasing evidence to substantiate feasibility studies and project pricing strategies

■ Prepare & manage project marketing schedules with consideration to the project feasibility

■ Prepare & manage the Ledlin social media account, supporting our media team to create and publish content, respond to enquiries and engage with our audience

■ Coordinate project marketing activities in accordance with established marketing strategy

■ Coordinate, project manage and attend project marketing events

■ Coordination of sales and leasing documentation including execution by all parties

■ Liaise with company solicitors regarding contracts, deposits, and settlements

■ Build & maintain positive relationships with sales and leasing channels

■ Maintain accurate reporting of sales and leasing enquiries using internal systems

■ Maintain up to date records of sales and leasing results

■ Liaise with prospective purchasers and tenants to ensure timely communication of required info

■ Attend meetings with development team to keep abreast of project timeline, milestones and hurdles

■ Attend property inspections, conduct condition reports and follow up arrears

■ Liaise with Owners Corporation managers to establish budgets and manage breaches to ensure well maintained properties following completion

■ Consult with development team regarding innovate new marketing strategies and design ideas

■ Conduct site visits to capture construction progress and prepare marketing updates for purchasers

■ Prepare for property settlements, liaising with Solicitors, reviewing Statement of Adjustments, collating Agent Commission invoices, cross-checking sales information from Solicitor against internal sales data

■ Assist the Development Manager with feasibility studies, planning approvals and project funding requirements

■ Help track project timelines, liaise with consultants and ensure project documentation is up to date

■ Understand & support the development process, from site acquisition through to completion

■ Assist the Construction Manager with selection, sourcing and researching materials and supplier options

■ Assist the Finance Administration Officer to reconcile property rent and settlement monies
