An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing and Business Development Manager to elevate the BDM function within a leading multidisciplinary law firm.
About the Role:
As the Marketing and Business Development Manager, you will work closely with Practice Leaders to drive the growth of the firm's brand and business development initiatives. This is a pivotal role where you will help shape and implement marketing strategies that enhance client engagement, elevate the firm's profile, and support business growth. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the firm, ensuring that marketing activities align with business objectives while fostering a culture of innovation and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies in collaboration with Practice Leaders.
- Elevate the firm's visibility through targeted marketing campaigns, client engagement, and thought leadership content.
- Manage and improve the firm's online presence, including website content, social media, and digital marketing.
- Coordinate client events, seminars, and sponsorship opportunities that build relationships and enhance the firm's profile.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and support the firm's growth objectives.
- Analyse marketing and business development performance to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, proposals, and presentations that effectively communicate the firm's value proposition.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Marketing and Business Development Manager role, preferably within a professional services or law firm environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and business development practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Creative, innovative, and strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders, teams, and clients.
- Strong knowledge of marketing software and platforms, including CRM tools and analytics.
