About the Role

You will report to General Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives, using market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy, and planning and overseeing the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.

Duties and Responsibility

• Assist in the development of marketing strategies by providing up-to-date market trends and other relevant information.
• Work within the marketing budget to develop cost-effective and detailed marketing plans, ensuring deadlines for all plans/schedules are met.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships, and corporate social responsibility programs, ensure all initiatives are professionally run and managed.
• Draft and manage company website content as well as social media posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Oversee our CRM system and develop effective email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
• Manage the creative development of promotional materials, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
• Communicate with various external consultants, agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
• Track all marketing and sales data and create reports regularly and oversee ongoing marketing initiatives and adjust as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
• Track and communicate project risks and opportunities and provide dynamic strategy for marketing to achieve the targeted sales to satisfy bank condition precedents.
• Organise and attend relevant activities such as functions, events, seminars, workshops etc. to get more exposure to projects.
• Provide administrative support in sectors like project management, sales, and marketing.
• Plan and execute of all corporate communications and media actions across offline, online, and social media, ensuring that messaging and activities are aligned with brand and company values.

About You

• 1 year of experience working in property development or real estate industry.
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field of marketing, advertising or communications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with stakeholders, and the ability to speak Mandarin is considered a bonus.
• Be proactive and diligent in all aspects of delivery.
• Graphical design skills / Video editing skills are advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to develop marketing and brand strategies.
