Marketing and Business Development Coordinator

Action Rehab is seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual who can work autonomously, manage multiple marketing channels, and drive business development initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities, building strong relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. Reporting to senior leadership, this role offers the autonomy to take ownership and deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of marketing, including website management, design, social media strategy, and Google-based initiatives (SEO, Google Ads, etc.).
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement across various marketing channels.
• Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong business relationships, focusing on key sectors for expansion.
• Proactively identify and establish new referral channels, and nurture existing partnerships.
• Leverage Google tools and digital marketing platforms to enhance the company’s online presence and reach.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing and business development strategies with organisational goals.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience across all areas of marketing, including digital marketing, design, and content creation.
• Proven ability to identify business growth opportunities and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to spot and capitalise on new opportunities for expansion.
• Experience in Google Ads campaigns and search engine optimisation (SEO) would be favourable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• A self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
