The Role

As our Marketing Coordinator & Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for growing our customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and executing impactful marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys a mix of marketing strategy, sales, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for our online and retail markets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
• Plan and manage targeted marketing campaigns
• Develop and implement social media strategies across all platforms
• Build and maintain relationships with our customer base, small businesses, and wholesale clients
• Set and monitor sales targets
• Conduct market research to enhance product sales and competitive positioning
• Collaborate with suppliers to establish strategic partnerships
• Create engaging advertising campaigns to attract and retain customers

About You

• Email marketing
• Meta Ads Manager
• Website CMS platforms
• Google Analytics and business insights tools
• Adobe Creative Suite (preferred but not essential)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferred but not essential)
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Highly detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proven ability to work independently and lead marketing campaigns
• Experience using all social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service abilities
• Confident in generating leads and cold calling potential clients
• Outgoing nature with the ability to quickly develop rapport
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail
• Quick to adapt to new processes and systems
• A positive, can-do attitude in line with Lollipop Cake Supplies' philosophies

Salary & Benefits

• 💰 $70,000 – $90,000 per year (depending on experience)
