About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Specialist to join our values-driven team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the marketing direction and implementation of business objectives to drive and sustain growth. The role is dynamic and fast-paced, encompassing all facets of marketing, including traditional media, events, sponsorship, digital marketing, creative development, copywriting, social media management, PR, and internal communications. You will work closely with stakeholders across sales, operations, construction, external agencies, and the executive team to execute impactful marketing initiatives.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and collaborating with a Content and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing results-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand performance. Key responsibilities include campaign development, social media strategy execution, website CMS management, digital optimisation, eDM program creation, media planning, and reporting. Additionally, you will oversee content updates, liaise with agencies, manage photoshoots and videos, and support the launch of new products.

About you

To excel in this role, you must be highly organised, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you have experience in marketing and communications, supported by tertiary qualifications in the field. While experience in the residential building industry is preferred, it is not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effectively engaging with stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers, along with the ability to articulate brand strategy to both internal teams and external audiences. A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies for brand promotion and lead generation is highly valued, as is proficiency in written and verbal communication.

You should be solution-focused, with keen attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work. Basic graphic design skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva are advantageous, as well as experience with Campaign Monitor, EDM platforms, and WordPress websites. The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in line with business objectives is critical. Proactiveness, initiative, and strong project management skills will be key to delivering successful marketing outcomes in this dynamic and fast-moving environment.
