The Position:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dental practice team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital marketing and data analysis.

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, ensuring Vogue Dental Studios remains at the forefront of the cosmetic dentistry industry. This is a dynamic, creative, and hands-on role that blends digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution to drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and business growth across the three locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market Analysis to identify target demographics, local competitors, and potential growth opportunities for each clinic location.

• Develop tailored marketing strategies for each location, considering the local demographics and market competition.

• Plan and execute campaigns to promote services such as teeth whitening, cosmetic dentistry, or orthodontics to attract new patients through digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and Google Ads, to increase brand awareness.

• Design pricing strategies for packages and services to remain competitive while maximizing revenue.

• Use tools and techniques such as Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and website analytics to enhance online visibility.

• Track customer behavior on the website, analyzing patterns like page views, bounce rates and appointment bookings to better understand online consumer behavior and optimize the campaigns using insights from analytics to improve performance and increase patient inquiries and sales.

• Track industry trends, including advancements in dental technology and patient preferences. Develop promotional materials such as brochures, banners, and flyers for in-

office and community events. Oversee the creation of engaging and educational content,

such as blogs, videos, and social media posts, to establish the clinic as a trusted dental provider.

• Implement patient referral programs and incentives to encourage existing patients to bringing new clients.

• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Dental industry experience preferred but not essential.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to use data to optimize marketing reports.
• Ability to develop tailored strategies for multiple locations while maintaining consistent brand messaging.
• Skills in budgeting, managing resources effectively, and tracking ROI for campaigns.
• A collaborative mindset to work closely with internal teams and community partners.
