With over 30 locations and a growing franchise network, we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist – Local & Campaigns to help drive local marketing success, execute national campaigns, and support franchisees in optimising their marketing efforts.

This is a hands-on execution role that will work closely with the Marketing Specialist – Communications & Digital to support franchisees, implement marketing strategies, and drive venue engagement. The exact breakdown of responsibilities will be tailored based on the successful candidate’s skill set.

The Role:

This role is perfect for a marketing professional who thrives on campaign execution, Local Area Marketing (LAM), and supporting franchisees to maximise their marketing impact.

Working alongside the Marketing Specialist – Communications & Digital, this role will focus on:

• Local Area Marketing (LAM) Execution – Supporting franchisees in developing and executing venue-level marketing plans that align with national strategies.
• Campaign Management – Executing national and local campaigns across digital, social, and traditional marketing channels.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitoring key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and franchisee engagement, using data to refine strategies.
• Training & Education – Providing hands-on guidance to franchisees on marketing best practices, digital advertising, and local promotions.
• Advertising & Digital Strategy – Supporting in ad campaigns, audience targeting, and improving paid media performance.
• Collaboration with National Marketing – Working alongside the Communications & Digital Specialist to align local efforts with broader digital and brand strategies.

Who Are You?

• You have experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of local area marketing, franchise marketing, or campaign execution, as well as broader brand and digital strategies.
• You’re comfortable working with franchisees and local business owners to improve their marketing effectiveness.
• You’re highly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns and track performance effectively.
• You’re a problem solver who enjoys hands-on execution of marketing strategies.
• You understand multi-location marketing and the challenges of marketing in a franchise environment.
