About the Role

As our Marketing Specialist & Graphic Designer, you’ll manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring brand consistency and delivering visually compelling, high-performing content. You’ll oversee strategic initiatives across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring maximum brand impact and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage marketing plans that align with Valour’s brand vision and business goals.
• Project Management: Take ownership of multiple projects, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional collaboration.
• Branding & Visual Identity: Maintain and evolve Valour’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Graphic Design: Create visually engaging assets for social media, campaigns, print, and digital marketing.
• Campaign Performance & Reporting: Analyse key marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and Klaviyo.
• Email Marketing & Automation: Manage Klaviyo email flows, seasonal campaigns, and event-driven marketing initiatives.
• Social Media & Digital Content: Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Event & Sponsorship Branding: Design and implement marketing activations for sponsorships, events, and product launches.
• Loyalty & Ambassador Programs: Oversee influencer and ambassador collaborations while managing loyalty programs.
• SEO & Website Optimisation (Advantageous): Implement SEO strategies and collaborate with the eCommerce team to enhance website performance.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, eCommerce, and product teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or related roles.
• Strong strategic vision with the ability to work autonomously and drive marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Klaviyo, Shopify, and Google Analytics.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Experience in SEO, digital marketing, and eCommerce (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for branding and design.
• Ability to balance creative and analytical thinking to optimise marketing strategies.
• A problem-solver with a proactive attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
