We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts by developing data-driven strategies to ensure our brand stands out in the competitive real estate market. Your insights will help us shape effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our diverse client base, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the company.
You will work closely with the sales, project, and relationship management teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with our business objectives. Your role will involve tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine our marketing strategies and optimize our return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s overarching strategic business objectives, ensuring growth and brand visibility.
Create engaging, high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials to effectively reach and engage target audiences. Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns, focusing on maximizing return on investment (ROI) while continuously refining strategies for optimal impact.
Oversee and manage social media strategies, SEO, and SEM efforts to increase online visibility, attract new leads, and retain current clients across digital platforms.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and assess competitive positioning within the real estate sector. Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and internal teams (sales, project, and relationship management) to ensure that all marketing strategies are integrated and aligned with the company’s goals. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance regularly, offering data-driven recommendations for campaign adjustments and improvements. Provide expert advice on real estate marketing, including managing the property portfolio, optimizing pricing strategies, planning advertising campaigns, running promotions, refining sales methodologies, and enhancing distribution channels to attract, engage, and retain clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development - Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for us
- Brand Management - Enhance brand visibility and reputation through targeted marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and community outreach. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and materials.
- Content Creation - Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, website content, and social media posts that highlight our services. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop case studies, success stories, and testimonials.
- Digital Marketing - Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, lead generation and build brand.
- Local Area Marketing - Promotions to achieve maximum cut through and lead generation goals, resulting in monthly targets being achieved across Business Development.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external. Including engaging and managing suppliers.
- Event Planning and Management - Plan and execute events, workshops, and seminars to educate stakeholders as well as promote our services.
Ideal attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the property
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to inform decision-making.
- Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Driver license required
- Multi languages better: English & Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Qualified candidates can look forward to a competitive salary package of AU$80,000 to $90,000per year, plus super, for a full-time, permanent position.
