The Firm & The Role
Our client, a high-end boutique law firm, is seeking a Lawyer (2-4 years PAE) and a Senior Associate (5+ years PAE) to join their dynamic litigation team in Brisbane. You'll be working on high quality matters, supported by a team who value excellence, integrity and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on a diverse range of litigation matters
• Draft court documents and correspondence with precision and clarity
• Liaise confidently with clients, counsel and other stakeholders
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm
• Apply strong knowledge of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules (UCPR)

About You

• 2-4 years PAE (Lawyer) or 5+ years PAE (Senior Associate) in litigation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability drafting court documents
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Confident in client interactions and rapport building
• Familiarity with the UCPR and court procedures
• Highly organised
• A team player with a proactive and professional approach
