Sajen Legal is a commercial and litigation law firm with offices in Mooloolaba, Brisbane and Sydney. We're growing and looking for talented lawyers to join our Brisbane & Sunshine Coast teams.

We currently have opportunities for:

• Commercial Lawyer (3–5 years PAE) – front-end commercial

• Litigation Lawyer (2–6 years PAE) – commercial disputes, construction law and insolvency

The Successful Candidate

You'll be a confident, commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working directly with business clients and solving problems. You'll combine strong technical skills with a personable, professional approach that builds trust quickly.

We're looking for someone who brings:

2–6 years' post-admission experience in commercial transactions or commercial litigation

Excellent drafting and attention to detail

Strong understanding of business and transactional matters

Ability to manage files with autonomy while collaborating with colleagues

A positive, team-focused attitude and genuine interest in clients' success

For the Commercial Lawyer role, relevant experience includes contract drafting, corporate transactions, property transactions and due diligence

For the Litigation Lawyer role, relevant experience includes commercial disputes, general litigation, insolvency and/or construction law.

Highly Regarded:

Experience with Queensland property law, both commercial and residential.

Exposure to business sales, structuring, or commercial disputes

Familiarity with private enterprise, National and SME clients
