We are looking for an experienced Sales administrator here in VIC, so if you have a background in sales, service or customer service then this may be the role for you. This position offers a chance to be part of a company that is involved in the most prestigious projects in Australia and be part of a progressive, dynamic and growing organisation.
To be successful in this role you must have:
Experience as a Sales or Service Administrator/Sales Coordinator or in Customer Service.
Experience within the Construction industry would be an advantage.
Flair for marketing & social media advantageous
Customer and solutions focused.
Be well presented & be able to work independently as well as within a team.
Excellent communication abilities and build rapport with people at all levels.
Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills
Have a friendly 'can do' positive attitude.
Punctual and able to work extra hours if the job requires.
Hold a valid driver's license.
Duties will include:
Provide administration support as part of our national sales administration team
Attending to customer enquiries, preparing customer quotations and placing confirmed orders with our hire team
Complete daily and weekly reporting for customers and the team
Assisting our growing national sales team with investigating new customer leads
