CTA Group is a national manufacturing and installation business with a specialist Joinery division based in Truganina. We deliver commercial joinery and cabinetry packages for builders, architects and government projects across Victoria. Our work is consistent fast paced and backed by a strong pipeline of repeat clients.

We are looking for a Junior Estimator who is ready to move off the tools or take the next step in their career. If you understand how joinery is built and enjoy problem solving planning and working with drawings this is a great opportunity to grow.

The Role

In this role you will:

Review plans drawings and specifications

Prepare quantity take offs and bill of materials

Assist with preparing quotes and tender submissions

Work with production drafting procurement and project teams

Learn our pricing models materials and supply chain over time

Support the continuous improvement of estimating processes

About You

Ideal for someone with:

A background in cabinetmaking or joinery production

Ability to read shop drawings and architectural plans

Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn

A practical mindset and strong communication skills

Basic computer skills and an interest in moving into estimating

You may be a tradesperson wanting to transition off the tools or someone already in an estimating or drafting support role looking to progress.
