About the role

Rynat Industries Australia, a leading commercial cabinetry specialist, is seeking a talented Junior Estimator to join our project sales team in Tullamarine, Victoria. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our estimating and sales processes and contributing to the success of our architectural projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

Monitoring the market to identify leads and opportunities

Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and ideas

Helping prepare detailed cost estimates for cabinetry and fitout projects

Analyzing project drawings, specs, and past data to accurately calculate materials, labour, and other costs

Working closely with project managers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to gather and verify costs

Keeping our cost databases up-to-date to ensure accuracy

Providing friendly admin support to our estimating and project teams

Spotting opportunities to improve processes and save costs

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in an estimating, technical sales, or construction-related role — or relevant studies

Great communication skills, both speaking and writing

Strong problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for detail

Comfortable using spreadsheets and collaboration tools like Procore and Aconex

A proactive, adaptable attitude with a genuine interest in architecture and construction

Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment

Australian work rights are required for this position
