The Role:

• Managing circa 100 properties all local
• No trust accounting
• No leasing required
• Inspections Agent to do routines but PM does the PCRs and Finals
• Cushy role, very relaxed
• Software: Property Tree & IRE & IM

The Candidate:

• Must have current real estate License
• Must possess direct experience in real estate
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
• Current driver's license
