The Role & Company
Due to a long-term Property Manager retiring after 8 years with the same portfolio, my client is looking for an experienced Property Manager with excellent customer service and people skills to take over an extremely well-managed portfolio

• 70 x properties - medium to high end, within close proximity to the office location
• Take control of your own small portfolio with the ability to manage end-to-end and put your stamp on it!
• BDM support for a % of home opens
• No trust accounting & PCR's outsourced

About you

• Experienced in portfolio management with strong knowledge of the act and a high level of customer service and report building
• Ability to provide 5-star service & thorough communication at all levels
• Property Management Registration & unrestricted driver's license
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Initiative, and can-do positive attitude & a team player
• Strong attention to detail
