The Position, but not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio with a HEAP of support
- Property Manager is only required to conduct Finals
- No Routines or PCRS
- Inhouse Leasing Agent so you have time to provide good service to clients
- No Trust Accounting| No BDM
- Full-time Administrators and VA's for support
- Software: Property Tree / IRE / Trello
The Criteria:
- Previous Property Management Experience
- A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
- Working knowledge of real estate software
- Strong attention to detail both written and verbal
- Fantastic attitude and excellent presentation
- You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate
- A strong team player with Excellent presentation
