Senior Accountant – Financial & Management Accounting

Are you an experienced accountant looking to broaden your scope across both financial and management accounting? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business, where you’ll play a key role in providing accurate financial reporting while also supporting commercial decision-making.

The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of a wide range of accounting responsibilities, including:

Managing the month-end and year-end financial reporting process

Preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis

Providing management reporting and insights to support strategic decisions

Assisting with tax compliance (BAS, FBT, GST)

Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations and journals

Partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver financial support

About You
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:

CA/ACCA/CPA qualification (or near completion)

Strong technical accounting knowledge and reporting experience

Exposure to management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail

You must have solid experience with ERP systems.
