We're looking for a proactive and collaborative Northside Team Leader | Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of 140 properties in our North and East Brisbane properties and as well as be a Team Leader to 2 of our Property Managers.

Key Responsibilities

Property Management | Tenant Relations | Owner Relations | Leasing and Marketing

Retention of management and letting rights for properties under management

Ensure all staff are meeting or exceeding KPI's and service standards

Maintaining strong relationships with Body Corporate Committees to safeguard Azure Living's management rights interests

Oversee major decisions and ensure that team members implement their portfolio objectives and work plans

Introduction to pre-settlement stage and communicate to owners throughout letting process

Promptly attending to maintenance issues, coordinate and attend ratification

Respond to owner and tenant requests as a priority

About You

Real Estate Registration certificate or Full Licence [Mandatory]

5 years Property Management experience [Mandatory]

5 years experience leading a team [Mandatory]

Body Corporate Experience [Desirable]

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment [Desirable]
