The Role

• Management of a local portfolio of approx 160 properties
• Maintenance Management
• Arrears Management
• Prepare & Attend QCAT hearings if/when required
• No routines

Required

• Exceptional Personal Presentation
• Take pride in providing exceptional customer service
• Extremely detail orientated and highly organised
• MIN 2+years managing a residential portfolio
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
• Valid lid drivers licence
