Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage a well-maintained residential portfolio with strong administrative and out of support
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
• Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
• Oversee the leasing process
• Contribute to the team’s continued growth and service excellence

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Property Management (2-5 years)
• Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
• Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
• Highly organised, professional, and proactive in your approach
