About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Educator to join our Babies team. This full-time role provides a unique opportunity to lead and shape the development of our youngest learners.

What you'll be doing

Plan, implement and evaluate a high-quality, play-based educational program that supports the individual needs and interests of children aged 0-2 years

Ensure a safe, nurturing and engaging environment that promotes children's learning, development and wellbeing

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and the wider community

Mentor and guide junior educators to deliver exceptional care and education

Comply with all relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards

Actively participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings

What we're looking for

Experience as a Lead Educator in a 0-2 years setting

Excellent communication skills

Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team

Passion for supporting the development of young children
