Lead Educator – Preschool Classroom (Wholechild Early Learning, Coffs Harbour)

About the Role

As a Lead Educator at Wholechild, you will:

Lead a Preschool classroom with confidence, compassion, and creativity.

Support children through emotional development and “big feelings” using Wholechild’s holistic approach.

Be a role model for your team, fostering collaboration, reflection, and professional growth.

Confidently take on leadership duties including being the Responsible Person, and performing open and close shifts.

Develop and deliver inspiring programs using our online learning platform.

Build strong, trusting relationships with families and colleagues.

Uphold the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework in all areas of practice.

About You

You are an educator who:

Holds a Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education/Teaching (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).

Has proven experience leading a room or mentoring a team.

Is confident managing the daily operations of a classroom and fulfilling Responsible Person duties.

Holds current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification and WWCC/Teacher Registration.

Is passionate, reliable, and brings warmth and professionalism to everything you do.
