Are you an experienced early childhood educator ready to lead with heart and purpose? Our nature-based centre in beautiful Nabiac is seeking a passionate Lead Educator for our toddler (2 to 3 years) age group to guide a team of educators and children through meaningful, outdoor-rich learning experiences.

At our centre, muddy boots and messy hands are signs of deep engagement. Through our signature Nabiac Natress program, children and educators explore beyond the fence every day—connecting with bushland, waterways, and wild spaces that spark curiosity and wonder.

About the Role

As Room Leader, you’ll:

• Lead your toddler room (2 to 3 years) with creativity, confidence and care

• Mentor and support educators in delivering nature-based, child-led learning

• Build strong relationships with children, families and your team

• Actively participate in our outdoor learning program—rain or shine

• Contribute to planning, documentation and reflective practice

• Champion our centre’s philosophy of connection, curiosity and community

What You’ll Bring

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or higher)

• Experience leading a room or team in an early childhood setting

• A love of nature and a willingness to get muddy and messy

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A warm, collaborative leadership style

• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
