About the Role

As a Lead Educator, you will:

Design and implement high-quality, child-centred educational programs guided by the EYLF and NQS

Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering collaboration and professional growth

Build and maintain strong partnerships with families to support each child’s development

Create a warm, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment for children and staff alike

Work closely with the leadership team to uphold the centre’s vision for excellence

What We’re Looking For

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Demonstrated leadership skills and experience mentoring educators

Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and best practice in early childhood education

A positive, professional and nurturing approach to working with children and families

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
